I get my inspirations primarily from my customers, the personalities who sit in my chair. I keep abreast of hair trends and look for ideas in London, Milan, Paris and Tokyo. I also keep a keen eye on the fashion world and follow seminal brands like Comme des Garçons, Dries van Noten and Marni. Contemporary art is a great muse for shape, colour and texture. Visits to events such as the Venice Biennale or Setouchi Triennale help freshen my mind and unleash my creativity.
